Kick-Start IDEAS provides executive and board leadership with the questions, information, and skills they need to kick-start their organization’s journey to greater diversity, equity and inclusion.
Your team will learn and explore organizational structures, policies, and practices to transform and advance their organizations.
* DEIB+ – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging plus (access, accountability, transparency, etc.)
HOW IT WORKS
Kick-Start IDEAS is a 6-month guided, immersive, experiential program conducted on Zoom.
Each learning session is 1.5 hours. Discussion groups are 1 hour, and Session 6, focused on project presentations, is 3-5 hours depending on the number of participants.

Executive leadership team of two: Participants must hold positions of executive and board leadership with decision-making and fiduciary responsibilities.
