We worked with YRM Consulting Group over the course of a year to assess our DEI strengths and areas for improvement and to identify how we can better support nonprofits in their DEI journeys. YRM's team skillfully led 11 focus groups culminating in an analysis and report that has given NonProfitConnect important feedback for programs and strategic planning. Their professionalism, thorough and thoughtful analysis, and partnership were key to the success of this project.
