Creating and Managing High Performance Teams

An important leadership competency of any size organization is the ability to build and lead high performance teams.  It is especially critical in small to mid-size business.  People must work closely together, wear many hats, and work effectively across the organization to get task accomplished.

This training addresses three important competencies for leading high performance teams:

  • Teams are necessary: Collective work is effecient and more effective
  • Collective Ownership and Action: Learn proper delegation, accountability and delivery techniques
  • One voice-One Group: Effective teams agree to disagree effectively behind closed doors to operate efficiently in public
