This training will focus on the following areas for stress reduction:

  • Exploring the freedom in making priorities.

  • Demonstrating techniques for interacting with difficult people.

  • Employing physical and mental techniques for coping with stress.

  • Creating and charting obtainable goals.

  • Implementing goals created during the session.
