Case Management & Client Services

The YRM Consulting Group has designed this training to present a case management framework with a focus on client participation and self determination.

The training principles encourage participants to develop critical skills for establishing, facilitating and monitoring all aspects of case management. Participants explore the issues of effective timeframes, appropriate documentation, defining case goal responsibilities, monitoring and review processes.

This training will also define and explore the important role of case conferencing as a tool for effective case management.

Participants will be equipped to:

  • Conduct case management meetings.

  • Develop an appropriate approach to case management.

  • Explore the purpose of and appropriateness of a case management plan.

  • Manage case work activities and processes.
