Developing High Performance Teams

An important leadership compentcy of any size organization is the ability to build and lead high performance teams.  It is especially critical in small to mid-size business.  People must work closely together, wear many hats, and work effectively across the organization to get task accomplished enough to remain competitive.

In this training, the YRM Consulting Group, will outline three important competencies for leading high performance teams.

  • Promoting understanding of why group of people need to be a team.

  • Ensuring team has adequate knowledge to accomplish tasks.

  • Facilitating effective interaction.
