The YRM Consulting Group developed this training to explore diversity in the workplace.

It begins by examining the various aspects of diversity, defining diversity and exploring the elements of diversity that participant's personally bring with them. The impact of perception is examined. Stereotypes are identified and defused through an experiential exercise. Techniques to manage conflict successfully, communicate with respect, confront others who do not appreciate a diverse workplace and handling sensitive situations are covered.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
